Hello, I'm Richard, a Los Angeles based designer who specializes in creating simple and intuitive interface experiences that are engaging and user-focused.

My approach to a project is to meet with stakeholders to define the goal, conduct research to identify problems and market trends, gather and analyze data to make an informed decision on the design approach, generate a design solution using tools like Figma or Sketch and perform user testing with the design prototype to refine it and validate it before it gets sent to developers.

I graduated from California State University Los Angeles with a bachelor's in Graphic Design Visual Communication. Beyond my education, I have experience with industry-standard user interface software such as Figma or Sketch for design and prototyping and I also have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect).
